Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TowConnect, business-management software for towing and roadside operators. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Your workspace and your data

• You own the business data you enter. We claim no rights over it beyond what's needed to run the service for you.
• You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete your workspace.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you store and for having the right to store it (for example, your clients' contact details).
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you're responsible for activity in your workspace by users you've authorised.

Subscriptions and billing

• New workspaces start with a free trial — no card required. When the trial ends, the workspace pauses; nothing is deleted.
• Paid plans are billed in advance at the prices shown when you subscribe. Promotional pricing converts to the standard price when the promotional period ends — we'll remind you before that happens.
• You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Acceptable use

Don't use TowConnect to break the law, to send spam, to store content you have no right to store, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you if we do.

Service and support

We work hard to keep TowConnect fast and available, and we back up data regularly — but the service is provided "as is" and no software is perfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant we'll notify workspace owners by email before it takes effect; continued use after that is acceptance of the updated terms.
